forgetting my chalupa and putting tomatoes in my soft taco was my 13th reason, so whos paying my funeral bill?

Asked for 2 cheesy rice and bean burritos with extra jalapeo sauce a drink and, a cheesy Gordita crunch. Crunch was fine drink was fine on burritos got no jalapeo sauce maybe misheard me so thats acceptable but, I got no rice in burritos. Not sure how that was messed up unless someone was asleep at the wheel receipt and photo of burrito below.

I visited this location a while ago and just got to writing a review. I was only reminded because I had a few questions before I put in an order today. I called the store and instantly got a manager who was very kind and informative. He was able to answer all my questions with no problems even with my two children screaming in the background about unrelated topics, they didn't want taco bell tonight but it doesn't matter because it's mommas choice tonight. Kids can get their McDonalds and Burger King when they have their own money for it. But going back on topic. All of my questions were perfectly answered and luckily everything I wanted tonight was ready and available, including my favorite burrito and drink! It's nice to feel like you can really have a conversation with someone as if you know them. I love this Taco Bell and can't wait to go back and see the enthusiastic smiling faces of the employees! Kid-friendliness: Managers know how to work with screaming children whom you regret having at times
