        Over priced. Undercarriage wash should be included in the basic wash. Some of us just want to rinse the salt off our vehicles where it actually matters and don't care about the extra polish/ foams / what not. The $14 wash left my car very streaky too. I'll save $10 and go to ingles which uses the same laser wash and INCLUDES the Undercarriage.

      Hey Jeremy, I can understand your frustration but I have good news for you! The $10 is just a hold on your card but you in fact were only charged $2.25 for the 2 vacuum uses.This is common for our credit card transactions to show as $5, $10 or $20 when they are pending transactions on your statement but when they actually finalize on your account it is for the correct amount.We’d greatly appreciate you update your review once the transaction posts correctly to your card.       Hi Jennifer, we're sorry to hear you had a bad experience at our wash today. We're happy to offer you a free wash to make up for it if you text our support team at (828) 232-8176. As far as our basic wash we do not include undercarriage as many customers do not want the bottoms of their vehicles washed so this package allows them to use our wash. As far as other laser washes in Asheville, they use equipment that is very old, cannot provide the amount of high-pressure our laserwash 360+ machine can & they take twice as long. We do hope you'll give us another shot at being your go-to car wash in Asheville and if you're interested in saving money, we offer a membership where you can get 10 washes a month for just $30 /month that includes undercarriage & wheel cleaning.
