        Dwayne is awesome! He is always smiling which brings people back because nobody likes to come back to a business where the employees clearly look like they don't want to be at their job. Dwayne always makes you fill welcome. Unfortunately Zips has lost a lot of great employees over the years. I have been spending money 10+ years in the business. I was there before it was even Zips and I have seen really good employees come and go. I hope the company starts hiring good people because it's definitely not like it used to be. I hope Dwayne stays for a while
