        Staff including the manager need better training asap. Dont know anything about products or how to use their own system. Or maybe they use it as an excuse to not help people either way its a shame.

        Ive been here the past 2 days at 8pm and the gate is down and they are closed. THIS STORE IS NOT OPEN UNTIL 9:30 like stated on the website. Change your store hours so I or others dont have to waste time coming here only to find the store closed.

        GameStop new policy is that you cannot return any unopened items even if its within the 15 days grace. They dont do any returns at all. My son had a headphone and it hurt his ears and I tried to return it and the only thing that they told me they can do is return it for the same item. The item that actually hurts his ears no refund no exchanges for anything else just the same item. I Well, never buy anything from GameStop again.
