Fairbridge Inn Express 7200 Transit Rd,Williamsville NY

I recently booked a 2 night stay for my birthday and the room was cold at night, the beds were filthy and blood stained when the sheets slipped off, the keycards to the doors randomly stopped working, I let the lady know when it happened and she dirty looked me and tossed the card down and wouldnt even respond when I said thank you. Anyone can walk in the building through one of the doors in the back and access a room. The lady at the front treated me and my friend like we were thugs, speaking to us very rudely and demanding that we had to pay for a night if we canceled because of the vast difference from what Expedia said versus what we had to pay. I have yet to receive my deposit back. I employ anyone who wants to book her dont.

This hotel is dirty and smells. Rooms were dirty with items in the room not working. Burn holes in the blanket.
