I was there yesterday. I purchased the same exact latte with oat milk, drink twice. The 2nd time, the girl at the counter charged me two dollars more for the exact same drink. Didnt make sense. Brought it to her attention and she said well, the first time you were undercharged. This isnt true. She just decided to overcharge me. Then they want you to tip them on top of that?? The coffee is only mediocre at best. I wont be going back there.

By far my favorite coffee shop in all of Buffalo!! Coffee is delicious (especially the house-made syrups) and staff always go above and beyond. Truly cannot recommend it enough!
