This location makes mistakes regularly on orders. I started to notice the same crew every time I have issues. Latest issue,, yesterday (Wednesday May 24th) @ 12:30 they forgot sausages on both my breakfast sandwiches. Weeks earlier same order taker/cashier also told me they can not make a decaff Oreo drink (lto) for my son. Next day I asked again (different cashier) and they said they could. The Double Double always good but food and cold drinks need some work. Staff is nice when interacting but they need to work on their QC and order consistency.

I walked in, no one greeted me. Thats ok, they may be busy. Stood in line for five minutes. Still nothing. Waited a couple more minutes and then just waLked out. There was literally one other customer in the store! Sad statement on todays work ethic and business. Price of coffee keeps going up, and service keeps going down!!
Im a considerate person and try to be patient. Its kind of funny because the two people working behind the counter just walked into the back and disappeared. I just stood there. Walk away from these places.
