Mavis Tire Shop exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, Specially the manager Resto. they took the time to answer all my questions and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm so impressed with the level of service I received from this place, I will definitely be returning for all my future car problems.

Ryan, Paul & Doug were Amazing!!!
They discovered a problem with my car, that not even Chrysler/Ford could find, and I purchased my Jeep from them!!! I highly recommend Mavis in White Plains, where they are competent & very reliable!

This location should be avoided at all costs. They didnt ask for my explicit consent on a preventative maintenance parts replacement (brake rotors at 38k) and I was surprised by the cost. Additionally, it should be noted that making an appointment for an oil change and inspection does not guarantee you priority service. The manager has the most offputting personality and I came home feeling taken advantage of and almost $1000 poorer for something I couldnt really afford. Also! My car was left a mess with floor mats thrown into the backseat getting debris everywhere.
