Very courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and professional!! The front end of my Acura MDX was making a noise and I had no idea what was causing it. Jim immediately took my car for a test drive and diagnosed the problem. The stabilizing bar end links needed to be removed and replaced. As promised, after dropping my car off that morning, I was able to pick it up late that afternoon. Work was done as promised in a very timely manners. Thanks to Jim and his staff.
On 10/28/23 I Returned to J & J Prestos for some additional repair, work and oil change. As usual, James and his son were extremely knowledgeable, Professional and helpful. I highly recommend this repair shop. Their follow up with customers is second to none.
