Customer service called me to let me know the door hardware I ordered was 2 weeks out and then would ship next day air. I needed a threshold the next day. Customer service gave me the option to change to a different threshold they had in stock to ship NDA or wait for the one I had originally ordered. I changed my order and thanks to them calling to discuss the time frame of my original order, I received the threshold I needed the next day! Thank you!
