I shopped around with various companies. Some overpriced some lower in price (poor reviews). Arthur Brand &Sons offered the absolute best in quote communication scheduling install and customer service. The absolute BEST. Thank you for the fabulous experience.

Greater then great! These guys are trustworthy and clearly very experienced. I was visiting my senior parents on LI when their garage door suddenly stopped opening. We called these guys and they returned our call within 1 min literally. It turned out to be something very simple which I was able to fix over the phone thanks to Daniels guidance and expertise. I didnt ask for phone guidance, he just offered it. I cant tell you how much I appreciate that kind of honesty. They could have easily made a house call and charged my parents what ever they wanted for repairs, but they didnt. Daniel instructed me what to do and we had it fixed in seconds as he realized it was probably something simple. That kind of know how, honesty and integrity will make me a customer for life. I will recommend these guys to anyone and everyone. Thank you Arthur Brand & Sons!!!

I had a garage door opener installed today, 3 days earlier than originally scheduled. I used this business 30 years ago when we needed a new garage door on a home we had just moved into in West Babylon. And 30 years later they are just as good now as they were back then. It is family owned and there is a good reason why they have been in business as long as they have.

Very easy to communicate with them. Came when scheduled, did a great job. Explained the product. Fast and neat. Great guys. Love my new garage door. Very affordable.
