If I could give zero stars I would. This was the most disgusting hotel I have even been in. Smelled like stale cigarette, rooms were nasty full of black mold, bugs and noises that sounded like mice or rats in the walls. Dirty, disgusting, should be condemned! Do not stay here

Wheelchair users and no wheelchair room available... Breakfast is a joke... Stayed 4days and they only have 8slices of bread(mostly stale) 2 bagels and small slab of butter they cut off a stick butter. One cereal and 4packs of hot coco which they didn't refill anything until next day so better get up early if you want anything. No juices or fruit..... For paying around 100 night i expect more quality breakfast. Microwave only in lobby. Mini fridge in room only ... No coffee cups and they one they have is the foam small ones that cruah under heat ..... There was ice and snow and the side walk ramp and drive wasn't done... So dangerous for wheelchair users that can't get grip. Staff was friendly and helpful. After I drove 20+hrs I wanted to check in and sleep but ppl going in and out and slamming doors and running up amd down stairs til 1am multiple nights was ridiculous..... Location is close to major Hwy 404/104 and stores for food and shopping right down the road . Rooms are not worth the price .... Ants in bedroom and bathroom..... Towels stained .....bed cover torn..... Bed is spring and sunk in on one side where most ppl lay very uncomfortable . Dirty walls by coffee and fridge..... Some weird stain/bugs in bathroom ceiling RM 124 Again I stayed 4nights and planned 7 and decided to move to another hotel because this one was waste of time and money with limited Rest. This use to be a decent hotel now is more like a roach motel ... Extremely Disappointed. Don't think it should even hold or be associated with the Wyndham Brand name. Rooms: Out dated and nasty

I booked this room for family that were visiting the area. The room was run down and filthy. My family didn't even want to put down their suitcase. They didn't end up staying at the hotel due to health and safety concerns. The rooms are quite reasonably priced, but don't waste your money. It's unfortunate that this hotel is in such terrible condition, as it allows pets and the location is close to many attractions in the area.
