Hampton Inn Rochester-Webster

Great stay. Super clean facility. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast is good. The staff is incredibly friendly and accomadating.

front desk worker on 03-23-2024 night had an attitude that I'm working for her! checking in? had to wait for her for over 10-15min after a very long day that I had wishing to get in the room and go to sleep. Will not return to any of their hotels ever again if this is the kind of service they provide.

This is the absolute worst hampton in we have ever stayed at. Did not come close to the "diamond" standard at all and is honestly should be very embarrassed and not able to even run this hotel in the conditions we dealt with. We are low income and do not have money to waste and are very upset and disappointed and feel beyond ripped off. Would have much rather went to the holiday inn express. It's the same price and 100% nicer. Go there instead!!! Even called enterprise to complain. Very understaffed. The front desk agents are no where to be found for check in or check our and multiple different families were complaining and leaving. Even a family with a new born baby got sick of waiting. We needed toiletries and the phone wouldn't work. We walk down there wait 7 mins decided to leave. The pool is freezing and the towels are so small they wouldn't even wrap around my 3 year old and so many families there they couldn't keep up with towels. 7 people had to wait and go to the front desk to ask for them. The room was filthy. HOLE in the wall. Hair in the bathroom and dirt. Dust all over room and hair on sheets. Breakfast was an absolute zoo and a disaster and honestly a mad house. My 7yr old kept stating "this is the trashiest hotel we have been to". There was a line out into the dining room just to make waffles. Multiple families were very upset and complaining and rolling eyes and saying they will never go there again. No where to sit to eat. Not that there was food. Eggs were gone. No milk for cereal. An empty bowl of ice no yogurt. No juice. I had to get the front desk lady for milk. She complained the breakfast attendant is cleaning rooms. People trying to check our getting pissed. We left after 30 mins of pure hell with only cereal!!! Left to go to chick fil a. Again stay anywhere but here. I'd compare it to an econo lodge. Go to holiday inn express. Clean and friendly and great staff. Never ever again will we go there.
