Had a grand re-opening. It was small business Saturday, so they had a little festival. Definitely would recommend to go there. 5 stars total.

Apartment was in great condition! The landlords have always been available for any issues that arise. Friendly too!

I have been on Housing Assistance for 7 years now and it sure helps a lot. It makes your bills easier to manage. They are all decent people and are very helpful.

Great apartment and Management service ! After living there for 2 years, I never had an issue with the office or accomodations

Unprofessional staff, absent office members, no communication, an unsolved murder, noisy neighbors, looks nice but its not! Save yourself stress

This is a wonderful place to live! Great for a place near by when you are going to college and the environment is very nice and the neighbors are very polite!

I've since changed my mind about the Woolworth apartments gotten a lot better since I lived there very promising w Jennifer being manager there now.

If you rent from these guys, don't make any noise at all or have any issues, because nothing will be done to fix it and repairs never happen.
