Mopar Original Parts

Everything I ordered was original parts and came when expected. Only issue I had was when i ordered rear wheel well covers for Ram. They are flimsy plastic and weren't packaged in a box just shipped naked. Result of that being They were not taken care of during shipping and became crushed and creased. Some of the creases aren't noticeable but a couple you can see as soon as you look in the wheel well. They are large but should be protected inside a box.

Ordered a Mopar Windshield Sunshade for my new 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon X. Cons: The sunshade did not fit very well, with large gaps all around, especially below the safety sensor box under the rearview mirror. I returned the sunshade, which cost me $25 to ship back. Mopar refunded the cost of the sunshade, but I was out the cost of the shipping, sales tax, and return shipping. Pros: Mopar processed my order quickly, and also processed my refund quickly. I have since purchased a full set of sunshades from WeatherTech that fit perfectly in all of the windows in my Jeep.

I shopped the internet looking for a security cover for my vehicle and found Mopar Original parts had the best price. I had to unfortunately send this shipment back for a replacement. This Company stood behind what they sell and made sure I was completely satisfied. I recommend and hope to do business again with this company. My replacement is in my vehicle and I am very happy with my purchase.

Item listed to fit my jeep wrangler. It doesnt and they want me to pay for shipping to return it. Not pleased and will not purchase from them again.

I recently made a purchase from this company, and when I received my order, it was missing an item. I quickly emailed their customer service and They sent out the missing part immediately and gave me a return label to return the extra item. Great customer service, and would recommend.
