Once again I was lucky enough to get Alex to take care of me when I arrived for service. He is such a professional. I had a very busy day where I had to have my car done by a certain time. Alex got me out of there in plenty of time. He never tries to sell you unnecessary repairs or maintenance. Never uses those scare tactics that many service technicians do. Whenever I get Alex as my service technician, I feel so at ease. I hope he never leaves Hassett. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Had issue with making an appointment to get 4 new tires (tires were cracked and it was about time too i thought). They told me to come week after which I did and to my surprise they had no record of me coming in. Took the whole day to change tires and I got different ones from what they'd said they would order ( with less money). I didn't even argue, and I don't even know if I got new tires or the used ones. I trust dealer service centers more than the others... but now... I don't know. I don't really feel safe driving this car.
