This is the BEST DENTAL PRACTICE I have EVER been to! Everyone in the office are kind & professional! Dr. Nastasi is friendly & put me immediately at ease. Joann is gentle & cleaned my teeth so well & didn't hurt at ALL! I look forward to going to the Dentist now! Truly appreciate EVERYONE at this practice! :)

Dr. Nastasi exclusively has treated myself and my family for over 25 years. Initially when I was a full duty FDNY member, and continuing now as a retired one. I have never had an unpleasant, unprofessional, unsatisfactory or unsuccessful treatment from him. Not once. Same for my family. I have no reference point about any other employees or colleagues in his practice and so can not comment on that, but Dr Nastasi and his personal assistant are fantastic. Want proof? I moved off of LI and live 200 miles away now. Dr Nastasi remains my dentist for normal treatments, cleanings, and ordinary maintenance. Emergencies will be dealt with locally, but other than that, I schedule my dental visits with him when I have business back on LI. Andrew P.

The receptionist was extremely rude. I dont understand how someone can be in the medical field and not care about their patients. The whole point of the medical field is to care for the patients, so why even work there with a nasty attitude. Its ridiculous.

Background Information. My daughter is away at college in South Carolina with an emergency dental situation, was told she needed surgery to get the wisdom teeth extracted. I went to her primary dentist for an oral surgery referral, I was told I could not speak to the dr. because I did not have an appointment. The front staff was making all the decisions for the dentist, they didn't want to acknowledge the x-ray from my phone that my daughter sent me. My daughter was last seen in this office on 12/23 when x-rays were taken, they did not want to look in her folder at those x-rays which would have shown the issue with the wisdom teeth which they failed to mention on 12/23. Wisdom teeth issues don't just "pop up". The front desk was very rude and abrupt, one of the receptionist threw the referral through the window at me and when my husband called they labeled me as "aggressive". This office is very negligent, I should have searched for a new dentist when they mixed my folder up with another patient with the same name. My family will be taking our business elsewhere.
