Josh did a spectacular job inspecting our home purchase. Turned the report around extremely quickly, and the report was tremendously detailed. The house is about 40 minutes away from Utica, and after an issue with a water sample (beyond Joshs control), Josh went above and beyond to drive back there multiple times to ensure that the job got done. Kept me posted every step of the way. On top of that, hes just an all around nice guy. Highly recommend Josh for all of you home inspection needs.

Josh is everything you could ask for plus more when looking for someone to inspect your future home. He is very knowledgeable on all aspects of the inspection and is very detailed when doing your report.
