Josh was amazingly patient as we walked through the home and answered all my questions. As my second home purchase, I was more prepared going into this process and really utilized his expertise with systems I did not have on my prior home, learning what are potential problems and what to do to mitigate them in the future. He went above and beyond the basic requirements, New York state requires for inspectors to do - even claiming out on the roof to get a better look. Will be recommending him to allmy friends and family!
