U-Haul Moving & Storage of Tonawanda

The gentlemen at this store are absolutely top notch! Thank you to Eddie and Joel for helping us this evening. We were visiting from Canada when our car broke down outside the shop. The wonderful U-Haul team quickly jumped into action to help save the day. The store has incredibly kind people working at this U-Haul. I cant thank them all enough!!!

Ryan went out of his way to help me with my car hauler rental. The customer who was returning the unit I had reserved had a breakdown and was going to be delayed at least a day. Ryan spent hours making sure I got what I needed same day , rather than us having to rent a room a wait for the returning customer. I very much appreciate the help and service this location provided us. We were 13 hours away from home.

Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Will never us uhaul again. They do not care about the customer or their vehicles at all. Employees using vehicles to run out and pick up food. Over charged me by 400 miles and would not help with the dispute at all. Incapable of helping customers without manager. Happy to take your money but dont care about you after that. Steer clear.

My husband and I rented a truck for a 24 hour move from Tonawanda to the south towns. We traveled about 100 miles in 2 trips. They charged us for 500 miles and refused to double check the speedometer! They wouldnt help because a manager wasnt in. Horrible service. Dont rent from here
