Horrible service. They hold your shipment for up to one month at a warehouse in Tonawanda New York even if it is 1 mile away from your house or place of business. And every time you call to ask or inquire about your shipment, they will tell you that you will get it tomorrow but you won't. "Tomorrow" is the everyday answer God knows for how many days!!!! My experience is based on dealing with them 2 times not once. Don't ever use this company.

I'm not quite sure why all the bad reviews.. I'm sorry to hear but I've used these guys a few times now and within almost a decade apart and each time they've been the best and cheapest option..I'm Canadian and drove my pkgs across border, they were larger items, an engine in a crate and I wouldn't use anyone else even though i had 3 options this time around..Thanks Nick and the whole XPO team.

Horrible, cancelled delivery 5 times, and finally delivers 8 pallets of furniture without a lift gate which was required.
