Just wanted to let people know about my experience at Heritage. I purchased a used 2015 Chevy Silverado High Country. I traveled from near Buffalo to make the purchase. Mark Furcione was my salesman and I highly recommend you ask for him. Rusty, the finance guy was great as well. There were no games, and overall experience was great. What happened two months later says so much more about the integrity of this dealership. To my dismay, my truck had a problem with the cooling system. I contacted them, and since it was under their warranty they not only covered the expense, they allowed my local Chevy dealership to perform the service which saved me a 2.5 hour trip.
If you are in the market for a new or used Lincoln or any other brand, give Heritage Lincoln a chance. You'll be glad you did.

I brought my Lincoln here to be serviced. Britney, and the entire service team, went above and beyond to accommodate my needs! I had a family emergency, and was unable to drop off/pick up my vehicle. Britney informed me of the Lincoln Roadside Assistance (which I did not know about until then!) to get my vehicle towed for free, and even delivered a loaner vehicle to my home. I cannot say enough great things about the service they provided during a rough time. I will definitely be buying my future vehicles from this dealership!!

I brought my 2019 Lincoln down to get brakes checked out for a 3 pm appointment. Got there before 3 and got it all set up. Around 3:45, I went out to have a smoke and my car was still right where I parked it....wasn't taken in yet. I got my keys and left.

Waiting for my trade in value .. 4 days now..add on edit.. after being there an hour.. pictures taken and talking to people.. I NEVER received a trade in value for my 2022 Lincoln Aviator.. which I want to upgrade to a Navigator.
