I have been dealing with Hassett Lincoln since 2016 and I found them to be the Dealership I ever delt with. From the girls in Service Michelle and Kim to my main guy Alex to John Descul in Sales and the Finance people well I feel like we are friends. I just bought out my lease and had the car serviced and everyone is great, professional. You know you go to some Dealers and they treat you great and then you bring your car in for service and your not treated the same way. At Hassett I deal with John and I have his personal cell phone. After having leased a 2019 Lincoln MKZ from Hassett Lincoln in Wantagh, we have decided to purchase the car at the lease end date. Unfortunately, the MKZ model is no longer available. We have been extremely happy with the car and thoroughly satisfied with the Service Department. Alex Balsamo, the Assistant Service Manager, is helpful and honest, and the Service Department is very reliable. John Descul, the Sales Consultant who sold us the original lease, and Dan Cellamare, the Financial Manager, were extremely helpful in assisting us to obtain a fair and honest loan for the balance of the car. I switched over to Hassett from Dana Lincoln. I come with 20 friends and relatives who drive fords and Lincolns. I was treated with prompt,attentive, and professional service from Both the sales and service department . The loaner car was ready as promised when I made my service appointment and my OCD double check on my car when I picked it back up was more than satisfied. Great dealership. Looking forward to years of doing business together.
