No one affiliated with this dump has one ounce of pride in their job. Upkeep is nonexistent, front desk rude, unresponsive and could care less attitude. No housekeeping service, what towels we had were barely larger than a hand towel and terribly course. 20 watt bulb in the bathroom, dirty linens, noisy.

Just got home today. Loved it! Darlene was so, so friendly and helpful when I checked in. She's was very thorough. The guy who was there this morning was kind too, and the coffee was fresh and strong! Great staff! I had driven a million miles to see a bit of a disappointing eclipse, so coming into a comfy bed and some nice folks made me, and my dog, feel great. The room was clean and comfortable.

I don't expect much from a 2-star stay, but this was particularly bad. The room fixtures were in pretty rough shape--broken bed frame, peeling paint, desk pulling away from the wall--but I'd honestly be fine with that as long as everything was clean. But it wasn't. Someone had dyed their hair before our stay, and there was still purple dye in the sink and tub, and staining on the shower curtain. There was dust and crud under the bed. There was a bag of leftover pizza in the fridge! There was no soap, and the toilet paper was almost out, without an extra roll. There was only one bath towel. The few sheets/pillow cases we got (missing a flat sheet) may have been clean, but there was hair all over them. That's inside the room. Outside, the floors were sticky, there were cigarette butts everywhere, and dog poop all over the place. On the bright side, the receptionist (afternoon of 4/6/2024, for reference) was very nice. And I don't *think* we brought home any bed bugs. The whole place left me feeling itchy, but it could have been in my head because of how everything looked and felt. I don't care that much about fixtures or amenities, but please, get your housekeeping in order, RRI.

The only good thing about this place was it is close to restaurants/stores. 0 stars and would not recommend to anyone. Rooms: 0 stars. The bedding was dirty/stained. Floors were kind of sticky from something. The Ac/fan had mold on the fins. The toilet was broken and wouldn't flush. The shower had clumps of hair all over it and what looked like snot smeared on the walls. Even the TV remote was disgusting. Lots of hand sanitizer and lysol wipes had to be used to clean before touching anything. Rooms smelled like weed. My guess would be from the vents. Safety: I would not bring my kids back here. The strong smell of weed everywhere. I dont smoke myself and I'm not against weed but when my kids are around I prefer a fresh clean smelling hotel. I witnessed 3 different drug deals go down in the parking lot while out on the balcony trying to get fresh air. And to top it off the local cops kept circling the place. Let's just say I'm glad we weren't there for very long. Noteworthy details: Where do i start. When my family and i first arrived our room was already taken. Which wasnt a huge deal but i alittle heads up would have been nice. We were placed into a second room. The toilet was broken and the bathroom itself was filthy, towels were dirty from whoever used them last. Beds had stains on the sheets and sweat marks on the pillows. The lady at the front desk wouldn't give us another room it felt like she didnt care about any of the problems going on. Unless it was her own problems. it was either take it or leave to find something eles that late at night.. In order for us to use the bathroom we had to drive to the nearest store that was open in the middle of the night. With kids thats hard to do. Ontop of our room disasters The residents that live there are very loud. Slamming doors throughout the night. People fighting on the balcony. 3 random guys who i believe to be on some sort of drugs trying to enter our hotel room for whatever reason in the middle of the night jiggling the door handle, pushing on the door. Knocking on our window. I'm glad the door had 2 locks on it or they would have gotten in. Thankfully my kids were already asleep or they would have been freaking out. Would not recommend anyone from out stay here. There are plenty of other nicer hotels close by.
