Liss is one of the greatest trainers I've ever worked with, to the point she inspired me to become a trainer! The workouts are intense and fun, and she caters to your ability level. The first workout I had with her I couldn't do push ups. Now when I workout with her she makes sure to push me to my absolute limits. Definitely worth the money, I highly recommend Renegade!!

Alissa is the absolute best trainer I've ever met. She will push you to your limit and love you unconditionally. She is the freaking sweetest ray of sunshine and I will follow her wherever she goes
