        The young lady at the attraction was WAY to busy to even looked up from her phone to address my family. I had to interupt her scrolling in order to ask to purchase tickets for the kids, only to be ignored yet again. She finally looked up hesitated to place her phone down to only look at it again and address whatever she was doing... I asked if we could purchase tickets... AGAIN.... No response. Decided I would save the price of tickets for the children and spend the money elsewhere...We walked away without one word spoken form this young lady. Please hire people that are going to value your business as well as your customers. As busy as the mall was on Saturday (8-12-2023) business should have been booming.
