Broadview Federal Credit Union

Terrible service. The only reason I stay with this credit union is the amount of years I have in. The reps are horrible, they do not process requests, they don't understand the app given to customers to use, you have to wait 7 to 10 days for a card.....like get up to speed. Their transactions do not post correctly. If you are looking for a credit union don't go here

Terrible service! Went there are there were two ladies talking to each other as if they were on break. Tired of standing there, I asked if I could be assisted. With an annoyed face, they told me to just wait and continued carrying on their PERSONAL conversation. In the end, I sat down and waited 15 minutes while one lady was on the phone with who seemed like a boyfriend and the other one was just on her phone. I am closing my account!!

This branch is temporarily closed. SEFCU will likely ask Google to change it back to open; they have a habit of doing this. Do not believe the lies. Do not rely on this Google listing for whether this branch is open. Furthermore, we drove to the other side of town where there was only one teller who had to remote to another teller by video? Seriously inefficient.

Love them for the way they do business, the only problem i have at the moment. Is why and when will the downtown office reopen it's becoming very inconvenient doing business at only one office being fully open.
