        Horrible customer service. The staff are rude. They make up policies as they go a long. After you show them their own policy they make up excuses. There are better places to take your money. They need more oversight like banks have.

        If you ever gone somewhere where it was clear the people there only cared about themselves and their paychecks then visiting or banking at SECNY Federal Credit Union will feel familiar.

        Worst credit union all the way around. All of the branches are bad. Hidden rules, way to strict polices and they pick on you and hold your account hostage if you tell them you want to close. They make up some rules as they go along. Any given day or time these credit unions are empty, now I know why.
