        Its unfortunate , Ive been banking with them for over 15 years and I will be closing my account . Their 1800 customer service SUCKS. I am currently on hold for over an hour. This is not the first time. Time To switch to a bank that has better customer service.

        This review really isn't geared towards the fairmount branch, the people in the branch are great.Citizens corporate, however, is terrible.Highly recommend taking your small business banking needs elsewhere.

        Beware of the fees this bank charges! I had to cash a check that was written from one of THEIR accounts and got charged $7! I was told I could avoid the fee by opening an account there. No thank you if thats their business practice!
