        While I was depositing 200$+ cash, one of the bank clerks almost lost me 100$. After I made a deposit to my checking account I checked my receipt after and I was missing 100$. Good thing I noticed right away and she fixed it. But right after the other clerks were trying to get me to get free snacks from the table. But sadly I wont be returning to this NBT location again. I live downtown Syracuse and never had this happen to me. Very odd, sus some may say.

        Cannot wrap my head around locking the lobby at random to limit the number of customers in the lobby. How are we supposed to know when well be able to come in? Why not just require masks if its a concern?
