I was a new resident and had some car troubles which caused my car to need towing. The tow truck driver recommended me to go to Sorensen's and I feel very lucky to have been steered in that direction. They have been very fair and helpful to me with my car problems and I will be returning to their business if I have any other issues. Called needing lug nuts replaced and the guys brought it right in, quick change out and very reasonable cost for the work.

Gone there for years. Usually a great environment but today he was very rude and condescending. Not sure why because Ive been bringing cars there for years. They do good work and are usually very hospitable but I cant in good conscience spend money where I dont feel valued. 5 stars for prior visits. 1 star for today. Everyone is entitled to a bad day but I hope they get over whatever the problem is. Today was unbelievable
Edited** had work done recently by these guys. Everyone is entitled to a bad day. And one bad day in 10 years isnt bad. This has to be in contention for one of the best shops in the area. Honest, honest, honest, thorough, and had me in and out. These are really good people. Highly recommend Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance
