Curbd my rim on my new truck. The contrast of the white gouge on the black rim would have driven me crazy. I went to Rim Doctor to see if they could fix it enough that it wouldnt bother me so much, but anything less that perfect would have probably led me to buying a new rim anyways. They told me they needed 2 full days, but before noon on the second day they called to let me know they were finished, even though I was late in dropping my truck off on the first day. And the rim is flawless. I cant tell what was worked on, at all. Couldnt be happier.

Drove 30 Min to Get Here. Spoke With Woman Jess on the phone. Got their and she said thats the front of the rim we cant do that. Wish I wouldve been told that on phone prior to me coming. I will no longer bring my business here

Rim Doctor is a great group of people who are magicians, not just wheel repair experts. Im very particular, especially with my cars, and Rim Doctor has managed to meet and exceed my expectations every time! The first time I gave them a wheel to repair, we had an issue where the satin black color didnt match with the other wheels. They went above and beyond to make it right and make sure I was happy. Since then, Ive had Rim Doctor refinish two sets of wheels for me and one set for a friend. I currently have a set of wheels at their shop. Ive worked in the automotive industry for 12 years, and theres no one else I want working on my wheels, and I live 75 miles away. These guys are definitely the best youll find in upstate New York. They do machining, painting, powder coating, straightening, mounting, balancing, etc. I would love to see them get into polishing wheels. Also, I think the communication through text could be worked on a bit. All in all, I definitely recommend Rim Doctor to all my friends for their wheel refinishing needs. Outstanding quality work. Timely. Fair prices.
