Very poor and pathetic experience. I just did my first deposit in this atm on August 24 at around 12am, and the atm accepted my cash, and when it was counting the notes it suddenly went out of order and the message showed up " this atm can't accept any deposit at this moment" and I was left with no receipt or answers about my cash, 1600 USD just gobbled up by the atm without any receipt and the worst part is when I call the customer service all they do is make me hear the robot agent and the rare time it connects to a real agent they keep transferring my calls to other employees and none of them have any clue when I will receive my money.

I came here to open an account for the first time. Shan was great! As well as the teller and Branch manager? Left around 4:00 pm on a weekday (I think it was a weekday lol smh) barely any customers there. Was there for about 25-35 minutes from my arrival. Would have been shorter, but struck up good conversation. Friendly customer service all around!
