Your agent Shehriar Islam scheduled a showing of my home. The approved time was 5:00-5:30.
Your agent entered my home without approval 1 hour early using the homes lockbox. My daughter was home and in the middle of getting dressed for work. She called me very upset.
I reached out to the agent and asked him why he entered my home without authorization. He stated he thought the property was unoccupied. Our agents property notes clearly state the property is not vacant.
He then stated what do you want me to do leave? I said yes, you are not authorized to me in my property at this time. He then proceeded to say nasty things about me to my Son.
When he was leaving my home, he took my house keys he had from the lockbox and throw them into my front yard, and left the lockbox open.
My children and myself are still very upset as to the way your agent handled himself.
If he would have only followed the policy and procedures as to arriving early to a property, this whole situation would have been avoided.
Due to this agents unprofessional behavior, I have now had the lockbox removed from my property.
So unprofessional and clearly did not comply with the rules.
Its a shame that people just dont care anymore.

I was considering investing in a rela estate property but one of there realtor ZeHava posted some really anti islamic and racists comments on her social media page leading to the believes how unsafe it is to work with them as asians . All asians should keep this in their mind if they are considering to buy with them .
