Highly recommend working with Achar. He did an excellent job finding homes that matched perfectly with what we wanted and were within our price range. Once he showed us our dream home, he and his team worked extremely quickly and ultimately was able to get the sellers to agree to an offer under the asking price (meanwhile other homes in the area were regularly going for way above asking). From there he handled everything and made the rest of the process extremely easy for us!
