I am a local member of the Clergy, I did not deal with them directly but their Agent Sean to rent a house at 102 Radcliff in East Norwich. First it took 3 days after sending all of our information, including SS#, and the fact that I was leaving my old position of 10 years to a new position with a guaranteed contract of 3 years for more money. We are living currently in a Parsonage home which will go to the new Clergy of my old position. Ross Realty called my old position, spoke with my old Executive Director who told him I was leaving the end of June for a new position in Syosset. This guy, even after all of that still said no after talking to my currently employer. First off, if someone is leaving to move into a new position and has to move and notes that on applications what does that tell me about Ross Realty Group? Tells me they really do not want to help people get into a nice home. It is too bad as we loved the home and would have been proud to live there. I would never recommend renting or leasing a property from this group after this situation.
