We had the most wonderful experience with Sheila. She makes the whole process fun and entertaining but keeps things moving forward. She was so knowledgeable about every home we looked at. She does her homework and is fully prepared for every showing. She is always on top of every step of the buying process and ready to jump in and help. She offered her time when she had availability, to help us. She is like family to us now. She takes her job very serious but isn't shy about making it fun and exciting. Her professionalism is bar none. She listened to us and understood what we was looking to purchase that fit my family's needs. We had no idea we would find the perfect home so quickly especially in this market. The entire experience was phenomenal. I can't imagine this experience would have been made better working with anyone else. I would recommend Sheila to every single person I know that's looking to buy/sell a home. Catherine Dorsa is a name you are going to want to remember for all the right reasons. From the moment we met, we were impressed by how knowledgeable she is about the market in Jericho. She showed us comps, made a few suggestions for improvements we might want to make before listing and told us what she thought we should list the house for. She was right about everything. We got full asking price in AP market that was beginning to change because of higher mortgage rates. After every open house house or individual showing Cathy followed up with the realtors and gave us immediate feedback. She was extremely respectful of our home. She created a gorgeous brochure, came supplied with masks, hand sanitizer, booties and wipes to clean all surfaces that anyone may have touched. Our interests were always perfectly aligned. Cathy is smart, articulate, extremely hard working, willing to keep working on a sale with a positive attitude and optimistic outlook until the deal is done. She also established a solid relationship with our buyers realtor that helped us navigate some tricky situations along the way. I give her my highest recommendation for sales throughout Long Island. This agency is very slimey. Commission comes first with them and is their only focus. Will lie through their teeth. There are many trustworthy agencies out there. This is not one of them.

Terrible untrustworthy. Underhanded She actually has family and friends write the positive posts. People like Mara give realtors a bad name. #Despicable
