PM Pediatric Urgent Care

They turned away a 14 month old on Christmas Eve because they were closing in 15min. The receptionist could not have cared less, she was comply unprofessional and should not be in a position to interact with people in need, let alone children. This was my first visit and will absolutely be the last.

Dr. Crosby was wonderful. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and thorough. I appreciate her patience while answering my questions and thoroughly examining my child. The staff is very nice.

Excellent staff and great service. Everyone was very caring and gentle. They are also open late which was really helpful. Great overall experience.

This urgent care had a about 5 sick kids waiting in the lobby to be seen by the doctor upon the beginning of their work day. The front desk made us wait for 30 minutes and then announced that the doctor will not be in for another hour. So very inconsiderate of the staff not to let us know upon arrival that young and sick patients will have to wait for over an hour to be seen.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Hours are until 12:00 am, walked in at 11:15 pm. There was one person in the waiting room and one exiting the office. Staff would not see my young child as they stated, there might not be enough time to be seen by the doctor as someone is already waiting. Turned us away and wanted to make an appointment for the following day. Horrible pediatric doctors office especially for an urgent care. Update hours then.
