This City MD is a joke. My Husband went in for fever of 102 along with soar throat and ear ache they did cultures told him that his throat was pretty red and so was his ear.told him he will get results within 2-5 days in the mean time they only sent him ibuprofen. Clearly, if theres a fever along with a sore throat and earache, theres an infection somewhere. Then to get the results you are on the phone with someone who knows in Indonesia reading you the results, the office sends you to a call center where they continue to place you on hold. If it was not because we went to a different Dr, my husband couldve been very bad with his infection. Save your Money.. Place is TRASH and the lady Dr he saw was also Trash along with their customer service.

i had a horrible experience, i explained my symptoms they ran tests and they came out negative however they refused a chest x ray and refused to prescribe me meds. Not only that but they had the nerve to tell me we don't know whats wrong with you they claimed they couldnt give me any type of medication until the results from the lab came back. very unprofessional. none of them know what their doing nor do they have common sense. they made me wait 2 hours before i was seen and it was not busy in there what so ever. They also messed up the doctors note and proceeded to make me wait another 30 mins to fix the dates on the paper. do not go here unless u want ur time wasted!!
