they laughed at me when i told them not to yell at me because my mental health i recorded them and left crying the whole office started working when i was raising my voice to my worker it was so sad i have been waiting since October for them to let me know when i can move and my worker just submitted my packet to Hra two weeks a ago i hope i don't loose my apartment

My sister has been waiting on Ms. Lawerance to submit her documents to Hra for almost 3 weeks. And every week, all of a sudden, the worker needs a new document or need something else signed. She signed her lease a month and a half ago and still nothing has been done. At this point I'm trying to figure out, why have a job working with people especially families in need ,of you lack selflessness and care?

This office dosnt make in person appointments anymore , they claim it's from Covid restrictions. it's August of 2023. Everything has dropped those restrictions already!!. I have lost 2 apartments because they don't respond, call back or anything. I called in October 2022 and told them I found an apartment they didn't get back to me until May 2023. I'm truly sick of it right about now. Because of the failure from this program some people will end up back in the shelter system. Best just leave new york and find subsidized elsewhere.
