        I have a friend who lives there and wben i go to visit the staff in 48AB treat you as one of the residents. They treat you as if you are dumb or don't know what you are doing. They are one their phones when you are there and are not attentive to their surrounding. There no courtesy or respect only sign here and there no respect when you leave only stares that feels more like " get out of here "
