        There is always an issue with w/the delivery of packages. Mail carriers do not leave packages at the correct place, they don't redeliver when instructed to do so, they lie and update tracking information, and you receive rude unhelpful service looking into the matter from the Manor Rd location. If you can afford to have other companies handle your packages, save yourself a headache, and PLEASE go with that optionhorrible service.

        Go in person is better and the staff working the counter are so friendly. Ok so lets break down the usps system for those that do not know. The person delivering your mail does not work at this office. They work for the postal service main hub here in nyc. If you having issues with your delivery driver not dropping off your package at an apartment building. Just know that in nyc they never drop packages inside the building unless the building has a doorman who collects them for the tenants As for the phone- THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE local office will never pick up the phone because again this is not the main location or the central hub.
