        The lady handling the passport is very rude and racist from the first word. Dont go here for passport service. Youll get your day ruined.

        I personally had a bad experience at this post offical. I had horrible customer service and I have reason to believe that a certain lady is a racist with the way she was acting towards hispanic people. I also spoke to the supervisor about this, and even though she listened, she didn't do anything to help. It was just a complete waste of time. I don't recommend bringing your business here unless you're prepared to have a heated argument over something extremely small. And whoever needs a passport, I think this is the last place you should go.

        I came on friday and satuday, this lady didn't let me ship the item, because of the weight, there were other times that I didn't have trouble for that, I couldn't edit the information for the reason was that in the app that I sold the item didn't let me fix the mistake and I have to pencil in the weight, because on Sundays they're close and if I ship it on monday it would be to late, this is the only person that is a real jerk, am not going to come to the port richmond one anymore
