Club Pilates

I've been joining the membership for about one year for club Pilates. Overall the studio isnt that good for the price we paid.lack of Management and apps isnt friendly to use ! Most of instructors arent doing good job!!! But Roseanne and Hanna are highly recommended here!

They just take ur money and put u on a waitlist. I went to cancel and they told me that the manager is the only one to do it. So go someplace else

I am extremely dissatisfied. If the monthly payment is basically like leasing a car, then the service should be phenomenal- unfortunately this is not the case. The bathroom never works, its very hard to place into classes, the studio constantly cancels classes, no one picks up the phone, and taking a class with Roseanne is like throwing your money in the garbage. I wish I had a better experience because Pilates is so good for you but they are just stealing money at this point. I have canceled my membership, dont waste your time or money.

I received a gift card for this establishment & have been unable to book a class after numerous attempts. After my frustration of dealing with the website I tried calling, only to receive a message that the mailbox is full. Extremely poor business practice. Cant imagine how this location is still operating.

I canceled my membership however, I was still being charged. I didnt notice it until two months later, and instead of being refunded, they offered 8 classes, which I did not want to take. If I didnt notice, I wouldve been charged even more. Beware of their memberships because they will scam you out of money.
