        Dr. Than is an excellent doctor. But trying to get through on the phone can be an all day endeavor. The referrals he makes for me don't get done unless I go back in person. And the authorizations required by Healthfirst medical insurance, again very hard to get staff to do them. Also, why is this clinic closed so often when the days open are supposed to be Mon. -Fri.?

        They don't answer their phones. Getting a prescription renewal is unnecessarily tedious.

        Nicola is the best at drawing blood from children. Someone else messed up before her but she came in and did it with ease. She drew blood from 3 kids without issues
