USA Vein Clinics

I had appointment at the Staten Island USA Vein Clinic this morning. When I walked in, I was a bit disappointed at how unkept the waiting room was in. The chairs seats were in bad shape, they need new seating in their waiting room. The bathroom was ok, somewhat clean, but could use an up date. While waiting for the doctor to see me, the room was a put off. What's with the big brown chair for the patient?! And it wasn't even in good shape, run down like the ones in the waiting room. The room where I had my ultrasound, it didn't look clean. Even the curtains looked like they needed a washing. The few good things I can say was that the front desk ladies were very nice. The ultrasound tech was very nice, and professional at what she was doing.. The doctor I saw, Dr. Faust was very nice and friendly and seems to care.. He explained what I had and what needed to be done to help my leg pain. I want to see this doctor again. But this whole USA Vein Clinic on Staten Island, N.Y. needs a new overhaul! Clean it up, do some new renovations and more people will come. Most of the reviews I read spoke about how unkept this place is, I have to agree. If you want more patients to come to this clinic. Clean it up! The way it looks now can be a turn-off.

When I first went there I had to take a second look. I thought for a second it was closed. The doors and windows was black. I sure it would have take 5 gallons of Windex to clean. The bathroom floor Was wet and the dirt from people shoes . When I came back from my ultrasound and waiting to see the doctor I saw a aunt. I'm not sure if I want to go back for my treatment? Karen

Horrible Place that overcharges insurance and then and then goes after the patient for any penny the insurance does not cover.

Well disposed staff from the second you stroll in. They are fast however need to get to know you. I would prescribe them to anybody.

They're very attentive to your needs and courteous..they don't keep you waiting long to be seen..very kind and inviting staff!!
