ProHealth Urgent Care

This was absolutely the best experience I have had at an urgent care. I was taken in right away and treated with the utmost care by a physician named Melissa. She was so professional and friendly. The front desk assistant was absolutely amazing. He even brought me water and a juice when I was feeling faint after a shot. Really, truly incredible staff. I recommend this urgent care over any in Staten Island. Everyone here cares about their patients and you can tell by the way they interact with their patients. Anyone hating on this place should reflect on the sacrifice these wonderful people make everyday to provide the health and safety for the public.

Covid test and they made me wait another 1.5 in my car. They had only 2 people working who could careless that sick people were waiting on line. So slow and not a care in the world for their patients.

. 2 to 3 hour wait!! They are very understaffed! One receptionist to answer phones, take people info and deal with questions. While people are waiting outside sick people. Disgrace!!!

Went there tonight with my daughter running a fever an hour before closing and was refused service! Receptionist said they were done for the night and the place was empty. They should be ashamed to call them self urgent care.
