First, I can't express how impressed and appreciative I am with the customer service I received from their salesperson, Diana. It has been months since we have been trying to get our parents to purchase a more modern bed, and she was able to ease them to understand all the great features and took her time to give them the best experience to get them the most comfort out of their bed numberthe compassion and time to explain everything shows their Professionalism and care for their customers. At no time I felt I was being pushed a sale she was looking out for our best interest and made my technological deficient parents confident they can upgrade to a modern bed. I will make sure to recommend all my friends and family to this location.

Replacing our mattress purchased in 2005. What a positive experience. Guided by the knowledgeable Nicholas and Giangela, the very high tech options were simplified and explained so we could understand the monitor analysis and make a good personal choices. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Had a great experience selecting my first Sleep Number bed. I would recommend visiting the Staten Island mall location to have a pressure mapping session to see where you carry your pressure. I went with the i8 12inch mattress with adj base and cant be happier .

I have been looking at beds for a long time and sleep number was the place to go I had the pleasure of working with giangela when I had got my climate 360 she had told me all the benefits that it helps me with since I have such a bad back it deals with chronic pain and being able to adjust the temperature is the best thing for it she was very professional on having knowledgeable background of the benefits and made it easier to want to get the bed

I have been looking into sleep Number for a while after seeing the commercials and doing a little research. I've been dealing with chronic back pain for years, and needed something to relieve the pressure. I had the pleasure of working with Nicholas and his teams. They were very informative and focused on my needs and wants. It was a very welcoming atmosphere, and there was no pressure. They also worked with me to see where I wanted to be financially. I Would definitely highly recommend the Staten Island store and the P6.
