Where should I start? We came here looking for a beautiful bed bunk, first off they gave me a 7 day delivery due date ( I knew this was too soon but they insisted it was when it would arrive) secondly I paid for the installment I never received . Again I would have not been upset if they would have just told me from the start that it would have taken 3 Weeks to arrive. They arrived and never installed it, they arrived during late night hours and when I called to get it installed they gave me a very nasty attitude. Im very upset with the type of service I received. If I could I would give 0 stars to this business

This place is horrible !! I ordered a twin bed and head board for my daughter back in February 2022 I just received the order in may 2022 and then the delivery men put full size brackets on a twin bed the bed isnt stable at all !! Im highly upset I will never spend my money with this company again poor customer service
