        Doctor Wartman is a great doctor and accepts alll types of insurances! He has 2 offices (to my knowledge) here in Staten Island. He is extremely convenient and cares about his patients.

        I use to be a patient of his up until last year when I moved to Georgia. I had a hard time dealing with my elevated bp, especially after my mother's recent passing of heartfailure. Every fear and concern I brought to the table he investigated and addressed it. He made sure not to forget about my mental health and how I was doing emotionally. He even gave me a hug and held my hand when he saw that I was just scared and overwhelmed. His bedside manner is unmatched. He's an amazing doctor, definitely one of the best at this practice.
